JOG!
Mofo, i went training today, run awhile really pant like dog.Even ah buis i oso run lose them in 2.4km la.Damn chui now , bth.i really need to jog, no joke.jogging improve my stamina, while sleeping so god damn late decrease it.what to do?i can start jogging, but i cant start sleeping early boo.jogging is good for health, slim down,stamina and give muscles much more obvious lines.And oh forget about tanning now, i'll rather jog.play more bball as well, i still love bballing i realise :DAnd tmr im going gym to jog and train my legs, like finally.hoho, adios.Labels: CHUI AR
