JOG!

Mofo, i went training today, run awhile really pant like dog.
Even ah buis i oso run lose them in 2.4km la.
Damn chui now , bth.
i really need to jog, no joke.
jogging improve my stamina, while sleeping so god damn late decrease it.
what to do?
i can start jogging, but i cant start sleeping early boo.
jogging is good for health, slim down,stamina and give muscles much more obvious lines.

And oh forget about tanning now, i'll rather jog.
play more bball as well, i still love bballing i realise :D

And tmr im going gym to jog and train my legs, like finally.
