gym.

Realised i havent been blogging "properly" recently lol.
so i shud, now.
havent been gyming for the pass 6 days.
6 days!
been too busy with bball and work.
sigh.

next week will oso be packed with work and bball, damn.

i've not been slping properly recently due to flu and i realised my slping posture oso abit screwed. which resulted in backaches ):
